- The heart needs exercise to get strong
- the blood circulates around the body by the heart pumping
- if you get a heart attack its because a chunk of fat has clogged up a valve so the blood cant get through
- to keep your heart in good condition exercise up too once a day
- your heart is in the middle of of your chest but is stronger on the left side
- a good way too keep a good cardiovascular system is play a fun game which needs good exercise
- frights also gets your heart rate up
- if you exercise more and more and get your breathing rate up more often it will get easyer and easyer
- if you eat healthy food it is much easyer to maintain a strong cardiovascular system

home work self reflection
I am pretty angry at my self with getting 98% after last term because I only got one no which means if I got 1 more yes it means i would get two hundred more SNIDGES :(
